Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) butter, room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 3 cups old-fashioned oats
- 2 cups sweetened flaked coconut
- 2 cups chopped pecans

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Whisk the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.

Beat the butter until creamy, then gradually add both sugars.

Beat in the eggs one at a time, then the vanilla.

Add the flour mixture on low speed until just combined.

Stir in the chocolate chips, oats, coconut, and pecans.

Scoop 1/4-cup portions 3 inches apart onto ungreased sheets.

Bake 15 to 17 minutes, rotating the sheets halfway, until the edges are lightly browned.
